Brevinin-1DYa is an antimicrobial peptide found in Rana draytonii. Brevinin-1DYa has low activity against the Gram-positive bacterium S.aureus and the Gram-negative bacterium E.coli (MIC<15 µM). It also has a strong hemolytic activity.
