Cathelicidin-3.4

Cathelicidin-3.4 is isolated from Capra hircus. It has potent antibacterial activity against the Gram-negative bacteria E.coli and P.aeruginosa. It is less active against the Gram-positive bacteria S.aureus and L.monocytogenes. Cathelicidin-3.4 has low hemolytic activity towards human red blood cells.
