Cn-AMP3 is from Cocos nucifera. It has antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria B.subtilis (MIC=257 µg/ml) and S.aureus (MIC=274 µg/ml), and against Gram-negative bacteria E.coli (MIC=302 µg/ml) and P.aeruginosa (MIC=259 µg/ml). The activity of this series of peptides is Cn-AMP1 > Cn-AMP2 > Cn-AMP3.
