PKG inhibitor peptide TFA is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of cGMP-dependent protein kinase (PKG) with a Ki of 86 μM. It is an analog of a substrate peptide corresponding to a phosphorylation site of histone H2B, and inhibits phosphorylation of intact histones by PKA.
